Quick Transition Threshold Removal

August 3rd, 2022

When you get a call from a 101-year-old homeowner (we helped out a couple of years ago), who needed help getting into her bathroom, you stop what you’re doing and help her. Her caretaker asked if we could help remove the transition threshold into her bathroom so that she could get into the bathroom easier. Of course, we said yes.

“Always helping make life better and people happy.”

Small Projects with a Big Impact

August 9th, 2022

We finished up a couple of smaller projects today. One was installing a storm door for a recently widowed senior.
The other project was to help a senior hook up a vent to her dryer. The way it was vented was incorrect and causing a real mess in her laundry room as well as a fire hazard. Crawling through a 14″ x 18″ access panel to get to the venting wasn’t easy (or fun), but it’s going to make a world of a difference.

We finished a small wheelchair ramp project today. We removed the pavers and poured a new sidewalk, which will make it infinitely easier during the rain and snow. Thanks to the soldiers and their family who came out to help. You guys are awesome. And thanks to Home Depot for the use of their concrete mixer.
