Big Project in Edwardsville: Water Damage Repair & Regular Home Maintenance

Thanks to Dominick for your help on this big project. We ran into a big issue when we pulled up the two layers of flooring in the bedroom. Water had been leaking into the corner of the bedroom, rotting out the subfloor (which is why the homeowner put an additional flooring layer on). We trimmed the trees and bushes away from the house, cleaned out the gutters, fixed the subfloor and installed a brand-new floor. It turned out great. We also installed a new bathroom floor, replaced a door, replaced a window and a few other small projects. The homeowner is thrilled with the work that was done.
